Animal Pak worked well, I had a lot more energy while on it. Purple wraath was good too, but sometimes if it got to like room temperature during my workout, i was more inclined to puke. I dont think intra-workout supplements are necessary at all, so i would just stick with the animal pak and a good whey isolate.

Not much, arms are 15" now (my goal by may 30). Also I will be focusing on incline movements for chest because my upper chest is lagging. That's pretty much it. How your training going?

Hey im doing good. This will be my first full week back on schedule. My back still hurts a bit, but not NEARLY how it used to. Come to think of it, the only time I feel it is in the morning and when working out. Everything I lost while off I have gained back already. Feeling good again.

Eh, things are ok with me. I have gained a lot, and am starting to feel more confident. I am finally keeping my bench weight for reps at or above my bodyweight from week to week. Im on a 4 day split now, and am liking it a lot.
