It boosts my self confidence, and makes me feel accomplished that I have built muscle and strength. I feel invigorated and powerful when I work out, and when I'm not, it gives me something to look forward to later in the day or the next day.

He helped me through PM when I hit a plateau. He gave one of his own routines that led to massive strength gains in the short period of 2 months that I ran the program. Bench went up about 40lbs, squat went up an unbelievable 70lbs, and my deadlift went up about 50lbs. He was a great help to me, and without him, I probably wouldn't be anywhere near as strong as I am now.

Well you know what to do lil brother. Remember, we are the same height, weight and sort of build, except you are bigger or more defined. But still it we do the same things, we and mirror the images.
