Hi I was looking at your daily diet and I like it. Although I had a concern about a lack of fiber. Could you please send me a message in regards to your opinion on the lack of fiber in your diet and how you feel. Keep up the good work! Dave

I ran before the gym last night and then biked after in the dark. I had a craving to ride fast. In regards to Adult gym we have several in Toronto and great coaches too. Have you ever been up here?

Sure I just eat some extra the day before and bring "carb boom" or and carb gel with me. It works great.

I always wanted to learn gymnastics and how to do floor. Its just looks too cool. I only have so much time for certain sports but am thinking of joining a club in the fall when its colder out.

I do I an unofficial tri about once a month. We do approx 8k run / 90km ride and then pool swim for an hour. My weakness is the running so I am working on it. I do weights 5 days a week at night and blend my cardio fun stuff in my mornings. Long rides / runs / blading / ect. Do you do tri's?
