Are you eating every 2-3 hours and clean? Eating small meals every 2-3 hours keeps your blood sugars regulated and keeps your metabolism burning at its peak.I heard once from a professional trainer that your diet is 85% of your progress.Whats your diet like? maybe you can post it on your blog then we can see and others can help tweak it. Sometimes its as simple as eating the right foods at the wrong time :)

hi cat, I would not recommend any fat burners because I don't use them. Just keep at it with working hard and eating right.. and don't give up!

You should really put some pics on, that will also help you. Not too mention that other people give compliments that help encourage you. Fill everything out that you can. This will help you set and achieve your goals!
