How I Started:
Well I got into weightlifting in 7th grade and then progressively i got into
bodybuilding and now i want to become
better than some kids in my grade now.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting weights because i don't like to be fat or "overweight". I want to look great and feel great at the same time.
How I Stay Motivated:
My friend Justin is my competition. When he is ahead of me in lifting weights then he is a major motivation in what I do.
BB Accomplishments:
Over 2007's summer i gained 30lbs. on my bench and i felt good about it.

Dif you know if you have high blood preasure? If you have it not, you must attend to the right breathing. Stop breathing while a rep can raise your pulse up to 400%. And that´s not good for your heart...
That´s shouldn´t be normal! You must breathe correctly. If you leave the weight down (negative phase) breathe in through the nose. If you push the weight up (positive phase) breathe out through your mouth. All other isn´t good for your heart!!!
That´s not easy to say, it´s genetic too. But it adhere with your body-type, bodyweight and your training-time too. It´s very different from person to person...
For gaining you should eat 2g (0.08oz) protein and 5g (0.2oz) carbs per kg (2.2lbs) bodyweight. Try to eat so less fat as you can and use no simple-carbs like white meal and sugar. Take 5-6 meals a day...
