How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
cycling cuz they have a virtual screen so you dont get bored

Ive been working out for bout 2 and a half years. i see that I'm bigger but i want to see more definition. I'm 5-10, and 183 lb. should i be lifting more weight and less reps or more reps less weight? i don't know a friend got me into this and then bailed so any feedback would...

Ha! Not as tuff as I sound. On your bike it WOULD be hardcore, but I have a big fairing, waterproof and heated gear. No big deal. Although the people at the coffee stand this morning told me I was crazy:) Probably right...a little.
