Well I was a football player in high school and than I started working and school and never got back into working out. Been obsessed with Arnold ever since I can remember and always wanted to look like him!
Why I Love It:
Its an amazing feeling working out, feeling your muscles getting tight and to watch your daily body figure change. Brings your personality and mind set to a whole new level!
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I see a fat person walking down the street I think no f-n way I am ever going to look like that again!! Every time I get hungry I replace cookie with fruit! Every time I look better I think of how much more I need to change!
BB Accomplishments:
So far I have turned a flabby me into a much less flabby me with more strength than I ever thought was possible, like their is a new me inside trying to kick down the old one and push it out of the way!

This was taken 3months after I started in march 2008. I dont have a older pic than this though which sucks, because I was to embarrassed before. My goal is to stay around 270-280 but lower the fat, I don't want to work towards being like somebody I want to be the one that others work towards being!
Keep at it..good pay off so far!! Hammer away and it will happen! Keeping my owne under control and making progress is a real pain, but the more you keep at it the easier it is. If you like contact sports I got an workout that will drench you and let you get some agression out and let you relive CONAN moments!! Check out the vidieos on my page then wright me. Best of luck man!!
Hey thanks for the encouragement man, I see some incredible results for you too! and in such a short time. Good job! Currently I'm on the treadmill 4-5 times a week for about 25-30 min. I usually run for about half a mile and then walk a third of a mile and keep alternating. I've just started doing this and it seems to be working for me. Since you're on Whey protein I doubt you lose much muscle when you're running. Just keep putting good calories in and the change is gonna come!
