How I Started:
I got started after my 1st guest visit at the gym with "Marvdeep" who told me that if put in the effort I could get the physique I've always desired. Thanks Marvdeep:)
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because I have a vision for my body and I love how I feel after a good workout. Not to mention the results are amazing!
How I Stay Motivated:
Fell off the wagon...got back on thanks to all the women I admire on BB.com who made me realize that reaching a size 6 should not be the end of this journey. I want to be fit and healthy not just slim.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a size 10 to a size 6 in two months and actually seeing muscles on MY body.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Not lifting as heavy as I could and complaining about everything "Marvdeep" asked me to do.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It varies. "Marvdeep"(hubby/trainer)says it's good to keep the body guessing, but anywhere between 8-20.
How many days per week do you lift weights?
