This is one of our engagment pictures--about 3 years ago. I was so thin before I had our daughter!! My motivation is get at least some semblance of my old self back...My husband and I kind of swapped places. He's lost quite a bit of weight and I've gained it!
I'm embarressed to post these, but maybe it will keep my butt motivated!! I don't look too bad from the front (don't look too close at the saddle bags!), except that my stomach is much whiter than the rest of me...lol.
I created my site almost two months ago and didn't start an exercise program. How stupid is that?? I can't just visualize the pounds away. On top of that, my doctor is worried that I might have something wrong with my heart. Not exactly the best time to get started with a game plan,...
Glad to hear that you are back at it. Powerwalking is a good thing for cardio and really can get your heart rate up even better than running. Are you going to be doing any workouts with weights? I wish you success.
Thanks for the add.
This is something that most people stress on here. Try not to focus on your weight. Try more to focus on the composition of your body. Muscle weighs more than fatty tissue. Muscles also burns fat. So increasing the amount of muscle in your body will add more pounds to your frame, but it will also cause your resting metabolic rate to go up. This basically makes your body a fat-burning machine even when it's resting.
Thats no problem, I ment what I said thou, sometimes we can be our worst credic. But keep up the awsom work and if you ever have any questions dont hesitate to ask.
