How I Started:
I am naturally a short small sturctured person so my body isnt made to support heavy weight. In high school I was on the heavier side and when I graduated I decide I wanted to be healthier & look better. I started with just doing taebo 2 hrs a day 3-4 times a week and then started going to the gym. However as time went by I got married, and we couldnt afford the gym so I started to gain weight. For the past year,I have maintained a healthier life style but have just recetly got back in the working out mode. I want to be even healthier than before! My goal is to be stronger for not only myself but my husband and any children we will have.
Why I Love It:
Sometimes it feels like with all that I do in a day, working out is the only thing that stays constant! I kno that when I get to the gym I become so focused and so driven to become fit its like a different part of me has kicked into gear.I love knowing that I can control my workout, that I can sculpt myself not anyone else.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband is a great motivator he is great about always helping tweak my rotuines or my diet. I am also motivated by the thought of being a mom, children deserve parents that can keep up with them to show them all that life has to offer.
BB Accomplishments:
Everytime I weigh & measure myself its an accomplishment because it just means Im that much closer to my goal.

MY GOALS TO BE REACHED BY FALL 2007.
Be at 130lbs
Have 15% body fat
Shrink my gut so I never have a muffin top!
Increase my muscle mass by 10lbs overall
Fit into the red dress I was wearing when I was given my promise ring by my husband!
Be in a size 6 for pants,jeans, bottoms.
IT DEFINITELY HAS BEEN A WHILE FOR ME BUT BEING PREGNANT I SAY IS A GREAT REASON!!..IM SO PROUD TO SAY THAT EVEN AMONGST THE CRAZIEST OF CRAVINGS AND WORST OF THE "MORNING SICKNESS", WHICH FOR ME WAS AN ALL DAY BATTLE, I HAVE STAYED HEALTHY AND FIT THROUGH OUT THIS PREGNANCY THUS FAR....
First of all congratulations! I think in order to give you advice I would need to know what limitations your MD gave you? Is this a high risk pregn? I can't think of any other reason they would keep you out of the gym for the first 3 mos?
Cardio, cardio, cardio. It certainly is a struggle getting to those abs. Its all diet, cardio, and a lot of patience. I heard that for most women your body fat has to be at 12-14% for them to show. So, its just a matter of fat-loss.
Keep up the hard work. I know you get tired of my diets and workouts I put you through but there is a method to the madness. You will appreciate it come september. :)
