How I Started:
Haha, kinda of a funny story i guess. I was never athletic in anyway, or form, infact i HATED gym class! My most favorite past time was playing Nintendo and i ate fries on a daily basis! LOL I was OVERweight. One day a friend of my started going to the gym and i laughed at him. thinkin why you wasting you time doing that.... LOL months went by and yah.. i happened to 'check him out' and his arms were looking good! WTF?! LOL So i decided to get one of those gym pass thingies, not to lose weight or get in shape but to have nicer arms than him, it kinda turned out to be a friendly competive thing, which motivated me to go to the gym, than something magical happened i started to lose weight, even having the worst diet in the world, i saw gains and started changin my life style.... and slowly and over the years.. i went from unhealthy to the totally fit i have ever been! I actaully did my first competive show after 7 years of diet, training and being very discipline, self motivated and ALOT of hard work.
Thanks for listeneing all...
