nicekath Oh, that are really good news. So keep on training. Loose clothes are always a good sign ;O) I do also the p90x portion control of the fat shredder. I just limited my portions to 1600 kcal and it works great. I am so happy: I found a further cheese I can eat. I looked so long for that! Hope to see some progress pics of you soon! nicekath Oh my cheat meal was delicious: half a pizza with thin crust, tomatoe sauce a bit mozzarella, fresh figs with ham and honey drizzled above. Than a small italian cookie and a coffee. Unfortunetly the wine dind't taste so good. How is your traininh/diet? Jan 23, 2012 5:22am

nicekath Oh I don't like these yoga lessons. That takes over 1,5 h. That is too long for me. I can eat some cheese but not all and it depends on the amount of cheese. The last months I haven't eaten dairy products except some milk. But to have enough calcium I have to add a bit diry products... Jan 19, 2012 4:33am

nicekath How unfair! First day in training and they have to do plyometrics. I would quit ;0) I am fine. Training is going on and I diet although I don't have because I want to hold my weight. I eat a bit less than the P90X nutrition plan Level I Phase I provides. I try to figure out which cheese I am able to eat although I am lactose intolerant. So I do some try and error testings. nicekath I will buy the app. But it is not available in the EU so first I had to create an us account and after that I have to order an itunes gift card. So this evening I will probalby download the app. But not the Workout kit. Jan 9, 2012 5:36am

nicekath In the european apple store it is not available. So yesterday I just got the idea that possibly there could exist an app in the US. And I found it.
