How I Started:
After the birth of my son (2nd child)Zion, I was determined to loose the extra weight and return to my normal weight range of 125-135 lbs. My husband and I took turns during the week going to the YMCA after work. Presently, I am setting the goal of totally transforming my body to look and feel more like an athlete. Today I weigh about 138 lbs. I want to loose about
8-10 lbs and build muscle!!! I am about 26% body fat, I would like to get down to 10-15% body fat.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps me clear my mind. This is something I take pleasure in because I am working on maintaining my health and physical appearance!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well to be honest, my motivations change from time to time. After giving birth to my son, the extra weight and my reflection in the mirrow was my motivation. Now I am motivated because I have a goal that I want to conquer!

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to work on sculpting my body to look more athletic and lean. Before motherhood, I never had to deal with weight fluctuation or extra body fat around by abdominal area. I want to take on this challege and prove to myself that once again I can do anything. I also want to put my swim suit on or walk naked in front of my husband without having to suck my little stomach in!!! First I want to loose about 10 lbs of body fat and then maintain a consistant 3 -5 day workout that will help me get cut up!! I am beginning now (May 2007) and setting a 6 month goal.
