| Well, I don't know enough about working out to do it on my own - not yet anyway. So I go to group classes at my gym. Three times a week I do a bodypump class - which is a full body workout with the bar with an ab excercise as well. I do abs every day and some kind of cardio everyday - which is what one of the trainers at my gym recommended. I do bodypump on Tues, Thurs. & Sat. On Thurs I do an hour of RPM after bodypump and on Sat. I do a half an hour of extreme step after bodypump. On Tues. I just do the treadmill or eliptical. The rest of the week I do my abs and cardio at home. This is best for me right now because like I said I don't know alot about working out. Plus being in a class motivates me to stay and actually finish what I started! |
