Workout Program:
I am using Tony Horton's P90X Program.

It incorporates strength training, Yoga, Plyometrics, Kenpo, and Stretching into daily workouts to cause muscle confusion so you get the most all around workout with maximum benefit. They don't call it Xtreme! for nothin'!

I should complete this program just before Thanksgiving. Boy, will I be thankful when I'm through it, I know that for sure!
