Shaun T's INSANITY

I finished up my year of Lean Eating and am so grateful to the program. I will use all I have learned and incorporate it into my lifestyle. I am moving on to something new, Shaun T's INSANITY program. I felt a need for something really moving and intense. It sure is that. I find doing new and different workouts is most beneficial and keeps me interested. I hope everyone is being healthy and enjoying the journey!

I have been following Precision Nutrition's Lean Eating program for women since mid July 2011. It's been a slow, methodical process of changing lifelong bad habits and creating new heathy ones. Although I'm having great success with the program, it hasn't felt like it's taken anything away from my life. Sometimes it doesn't feel like I'm doing enough and yet I am getting all the results I was hoping for. It encompasses all aspects of our minds, bodies and souls in becoming truly healthy living humans.
(2008)
I am using Tony Horton's P90X Program.
It incorporates strength training, Yoga, Plyometrics, Kenpo, and Stretching into daily workouts to cause muscle confusion so you get the most all around workout with maximum benefit. They don't call it Xtreme! for nothin'!
I should complete this program just before Thanksgiving. Boy, will I be thankful when I'm through it, I know that for sure!
