I've been lifting with my daughters off and on for about 5 years. We love doing it and usually do a 12 week program just after the holidays. However, none of us has ever reached our ultimate goals.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, energized, lighter, healthier. And I love being able to enjoy it with my daughters. We support each other and grow closer.
How I Stay Motivated:
Try staying ahead of 2 younger daughters! I love it when they can't keep up with me! I don't know that I stay motivated as much as I am a creature of habit.
BB Accomplishments:
Personal accomplishments. I have finished every program I have started. I always am happy with my results.

It incorporates strength training, Yoga, Plyometrics, Kenpo, and Stretching into daily workouts to cause muscle confusion so you get the most all around workout with maximum benefit. They don't call it Xtreme! for nothin'!
We love nothing more than to challenge with you. I enjoy pushing each other to out limits and even the trash talking at times. :) This time it's all the way baby!
