How I Started:
I have always been chubby - pushing 160lbs on a 5'8" frame my Junior year of high school. Post high school, I moved away from mom's home cookin' and watched everyone ELSE around me gain the 'Freshman 15'. So, for the first time EVER, I began to care about nutrition and exercise and have never looked back. I dropped 25lbs at a slow, healthy pace and fell in love with the gym!
Why I Love It:
You just can't beat the satisfaction you get after a hard workout, or a day of perfect clean eating. My body loves me for it and it shows!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am an aerobics instructor, so when members come to me for advice, I want them to believe that I practice what I preach, and that it works!! Plus, staying fit for bikini season is a constant motivator. :)

Goal (Long):
I have been in 'okay' shape for way too long. I bust my buns in the gym 'most' of the time and my diet is good 'usually'. It's time to get serious! The holidays went fairly well, at least I maintained. Plus I lifted hard at my new gym (which I love!) I have until March 17th to do my best to shed that extra fat that is hiding those sexy muscles. Looking foward to that Colorado ski trip... Spring break here I come!

Tracy, I was just browsing your goals and they really struck a chord with me. So many people are content with being just 'okay' or 'average'. Life becomes great when we aim to achieve greatness ourselves. It's great to read about your own quest for greatness. You've already got a great frame - with hard work you'll be in bikini-shape no problem. Go get it!
Hey! My trips in June and soo looking forward to it!! I've deffinatly got to get my diet in gear!! I did get my self a trainer though!! Skiing sounds like alot of fun! How's your diet going?
