How I Started:
I have always been chubby - pushing 160lbs on a 5'8" frame my Junior year of high school. Post high school, I moved away from mom's home cookin' and watched everyone ELSE around me gain the 'Freshman 15'. So, for the first time EVER, I began to care about nutrition and exercise and have never looked back. I dropped 25lbs at a slow, healthy pace and fell in love with the gym!
Why I Love It:
You just can't beat the satisfaction you get after a hard workout, or a day of perfect clean eating. My body loves me for it and it shows!
How I Stay Motivated:
Fitness and appearance is very important to me, vain as that may be. When I'm at or close to my goal weight I feel amazing and can wear ANYTHING I want and feel confident. When I get off-track and begin to get "soft" my whole attitude suffers. I want to be the best ME I can be, everyday!

Goal (Long):
I sat at a Plateau weight of 135 for a very long time. Then this Spring/Summer I went through some major changes in my life including a divorce and would up hitting a very soft 143. Fitness and appearance has always been a priority to me and I was NOT happy with the direction things were heading. So after some research I decided to give intermittent fasting a try. I lost 7lbs right off the bat, but after ONE weekend of my "normal" social drinking, it all came back and stuck. I'm still working towards that 130, but shape and definition is more important. Now... lifting heavier and working towards eating clean, good ole' standards.

Caffeine - a cup of coffee will do! The Lipo 6 is good, more of a sustained energy. If you really want crazy (almost scary, sometimes nauseating) energy, Venom Hyperdrive! Redline, as an energy drink, is okay, but too sweet for me most of the time.
Caffeine and Redline would be taken 30 mins before a workout. Lipo and Venom should be taken earlier in the day. DONT take these before a late day workout.
