I just started a weight lifting program and iam excited to start seeing results by the end of summer...Iam focusing more on how things fit me rather than the number on the scale...
Why I Love It:
I dont love working out but I love the way it makes me feel..... I love chocolate chip cookies and cakes but I hate the way it makes me feel....

I weighed 227 in December 07 Iam 166 pounds
ok here I was in Chicago my husbands home town and I was like 227 and this picture really made me see that I had to lose weight...
iam now going to the gym everyday and giving it my all still not where I want to be of course...

Last year 2008 I was able to shed 46 pounds and I did this the right way eating clean and working out. This year I want to reach my goal and finally lose the last 40 pounds. My journey has been hard, but very rewarding. I know I have alot to get done ... I hope to meet lots of people that through hard work and determination where able to get to there goals. I really want to get there..:)

To avoid the bad food, I pig out on the good ones. You cant go wrong with meat and veggies really. Your brain doesnt know how much fat you crave. Often times a smidge of something sinful will satisfy. Thats why I will eat the dark chocolate single squares

I didnt realize we are neighbors! Im doing well, kind of stuck at 210 at the moment but doing all the right things so Im sure the damn scale will move sooner or later! WHY OH WHY are your stats not updated!

Hello. The one thing that seperates the champs and those that go home, is dedication. You have come a long way in your goal, and now is certainly not the time to stop. Do not let anyone or anything halt you in your goal of getting to where you wanna be. An absolutely beautiful woman with a good head on her shoulders. i am in quebec which is just north above from you(way north!!) on our hottest summer days, we never get your humidity, which i were there!!!oh, i am SOOO proud of you for discovering the power of a heavy lift!took me a long time too to realize that THATS what transforms the body! muscle DESTROYS fat cells!!!!
