I use to weigh 220 Pounds and now I weigh 178 Pounds. I was able to go down to 166 this year but gained it back.. Iam really upset about that but iam gona do it again and this time hopefully reach my goal!!!

Well what I don't know about nutrition could fill books. You shouldn't be feeling so hungry though. Are you allowed to have more fruits or veggies? Clean lean protein?? Those will help you feel full longer. Maybe you need a second opinion.
Yay! Proud of you (except the hungry part). We were feeling so tired last night we only worked shoulders, no cardio. Our gym just started some biggest loser type of program and all of the sudden all these people grabbed all the treadmills, bikes and ellipticals!
