I use to weigh 220 Pounds and now I weigh 166 Pounds. I have my goal to lose 30 pounds by the end of 2009.....
Last year 2008 I was able to shed 46 pounds and I did this the right way eating clean and working out. This year I want to reach my goal and finally lose the last 40 pounds. My journey has been hard, but very rewarding. I know I have alot to get done ... I hope to meet lots of people that through hard work and determination where able to get to there goals. I really want to get there..:)

To avoid the bad food, I pig out on the good ones. You cant go wrong with meat and veggies really. Your brain doesnt know how much fat you crave. Often times a smidge of something sinful will satisfy. Thats why I will eat the dark chocolate single squares
