I dont love working out but I love the way it makes me feel..... I love chocolate chip cookies and cakes but I hate the way it makes me feel....

BB Accomplishments:
I use to weigh 220 Pounds and now I weigh 178 Pounds. I was able to go down to 166 this year but gained it back.. Iam really upset about that but iam gona do it again and this time hopefully reach my goal!!!

I weighed 227 in December 07 Iam 166 pounds
ok here I was in Chicago my husbands home town and I was like 227 and this picture really made me see that I had to lose weight...
iam now going to the gym everyday and giving it my all still not where I want to be of course...

eating clean and still iam stuck on the scale....does any one here eat speacial K cereal with skim milk and blueberries? is this bad?

That's good. Don't feel any kind of pressure to show skin, or sexy photos. The website is about helping oneself attain a better body; thus, a better soul/mind, as a side effect. You're very beautiful (and sexy) already. Post pics you're comfortable with.

Well what I don't know about nutrition could fill books. You shouldn't be feeling so hungry though. Are you allowed to have more fruits or veggies? Clean lean protein?? Those will help you feel full longer. Maybe you need a second opinion.

Yay! Proud of you (except the hungry part). We were feeling so tired last night we only worked shoulders, no cardio. Our gym just started some biggest loser type of program and all of the sudden all these people grabbed all the treadmills, bikes and ellipticals!

OMG that is hilarious! Thanks for the laugh. We'll get this all figured out, I lost about 15 lbs this year. Wow! It was so hard.
