I want to increases the size of my muscle, focusing on my chest, arms, and back.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain achieve 3Stone (19KGs) body weight with in 3 month at the most.
I then plan on turning that extra body weight into muscle for the next 6 to 8 month.
So from April 1st to June 30th I will spend gaining weight. Then from July 1st to January 1st (if 6 month) I will turn that gained body weight into muscle.
The main areas I want to improve on my body will be my chest (pecks and abs).
My arms in general.
As well as my back (mainly my shoulders).
As of the start of April I plan on putting on some weight. Which has always been hard for me. Im abit unsure weather to cut out working out, etc while I attempt this or not? Any ideas?
