How I Started: I got started by starting with simple things that would help me lose body fat first then i began the weightlifting.
Why I Love It: When i work out i feel like the monster comes out of me i feel superior and its the best feeling.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by watching bodybuilding videos and just other things like my social life workin out and being in good shape helps me live a better social life.
BB Accomplishments: My major accomplishment was going from being extremely overweight to how i look now and i am looking to improve.

I've been lifting for 8 years. YOU have to find a diet & routine that works for YOU through trial & error & stick with it. What works for one man may not work for another. We have different metabolisms & builds so it's important to find what works for you! -Ken
