I got started by starting with simple things that would help me lose body fat first then i began the weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
When i work out i feel like the monster comes out of me i feel superior and its the best feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching bodybuilding videos and just other things like my social life workin out and being in good shape helps me live a better social life.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment was going from being extremely overweight to how i look now and i am looking to improve.
just passing through! hope this comment finds you doing well. nm going on here, still lifting when i can. see you making progress as well, keep it up, peace!
Issac... great job. 17? I would have never guess it. You have a bod of a young fella much older. Keep working hard it looks good on you! Thanks for the add too.
Greetings. I don't know if I have commented on your profile or not, but you have great muscular physique, and at only 17 years old (I'm saying all of this with respect, not trying to make you feel uncomfortable). Especially like the muscle definition in your arms and shoulders.
Thanks.
I've been lifting for 8 years. YOU have to find a diet & routine that works for YOU through trial & error & stick with it. What works for one man may not work for another. We have different metabolisms & builds so it's important to find what works for you!

Not really man. When I'm trying to get my ripped I have to lose weight & when I lose weight I lose power. I prefer to look good than be strong as hell!
