When I Started:
Oct, 1997
How I Started:
Coming out of highschool at 5 8" 110 pounds was not the ideal look I wanted. And to be honest did hurt my ego for many years.
Why I Love It:
Best thing about working out nowadays for me is freedom from your personal problems and just life issues that everyone goes through.
How I Stay Motivated:
I still wake up everyday and remember how thin and out of shape I was in high school. I made a promise to myself not to move backwards.
BB Accomplishments:
I started working out when i was 19.. Very young and wanted quick results, unfortuantely I thought I was superman and didn't bother about a correct diet. So finally when my body started to catch up with my age, I put my ego aside and was willing to take advice. I started my FIRST DIET PLAN in over 10 years of being at the gym. (July of 2007)Since then the results have been able to speak for themselves. 6-8 meals a day with about 3 protein shakes included, 35 minutes of weighst, 35 minutes cardio, and about 3-4 times a week. I'm at the happiest point of my life as far as overall look. And go figure, after 10 years of sleeping in the gym... Correct dieting has taken me exactly where I want to be....

My main goal is just to really see if I can build my body to the best shape possible with a combination of good dieting and 3-4 days of mental focus in the gym.
Goal (Long):
I play alot more softball nowadays and keeping up with a 4-5 gym schedule is way too tough on the body.
My ideal goal is hopefully trying to keep a 3-4 day schedule and still take my shape and performance to the next level in the gym and on the field.
5 8" 148 pounds is no superman, but I feel like I'm getting close to the top of my goals very soon.
