But should I train traps b4 shoulders or shoulders then traps? Alot of the the times when im done with shoulders my traps are pretty worked out , so I can't really hit my traps direct or is that okay to have them hit by shoulders then train traps?
It was good to see you at the Cup. I got a question, when your body is sore the next day from lifting heavy, are you overworked or not getting in enough calories? Is that a good thing or bad?
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work.
