Do you eat breakfast everyday? I hope so. Surprisingly the actual research on eating breakfast isn't that robust and some nutrition experts don't think that breakfast is that important. The weekends can be a tough time for your diet because your routine is different. I am always stressing to my clients that one of the best ways to ensure that you continually moving forward with your weight loss and sticking to your diet is by setting it up so that your diet functions in the background of your life. The best way to do this is through routines and rituals (not religious rituals but daily health rituals - like drinking 2 cups of green tea in the morning before you leave the house).
