Background

When I Started: Apr 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to feel and look good. Working out makes me feel good inside and look great outside.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like working out because it makes me feel good. Right after a workout the burn feels great and I also feel more energetic. It just puts my body more at ease as it relieves a lot of tension.

Your Most Effective Ab Exercise?

I've been experimenting with different ab exercises and I'm curious to know which one gets results hands down. List your all time favorite and why do you think it rocks over others.

Lifting Plateau!! No!!!!

I went in approx 1 week after my last workout and couldn't even shoulder press the same dumbbells as the week before.  I know 1 week is long enough recovery time for muscles to grow and adapt. I gave it my all.  What's up with that? Any thoughts?
