Hope you're still around; so, reply if you are. I am planning to enter a 6 month program sponsored by the National Personal Training Institute, most likely in July... So what are you up to?

Look like you have lots of potentialities to develop. Nice lookin' chest and basic shoulders/traps, even though it is nearly completely concealed. Wishing you the best. I was in my mid 20's when I worked on expanding my ribcage and chest/pec development to the current 50 +. Let's talk more. Bill

Good progress notes, Lepp. Keep it up and keep it pumpin'! Keep the discipline in tune. That will pay off in years to come. Me, at 62, still lifting and improving.

Good progression, but you don't give very much in stats to go on... weight gain is good, but what else are you looking for, in terms of goals? Size?

Your goals are laudable. Here's to you meeting them, maybe even exceeding...

Don't let your height be a hindrance or handicap of any kind. You are clearly gifted in the genetic area for the height you have. And, at your age, you could still add some inches... All the best.
