Beginning plastic 110 lb set, from K-Mart. Love the pumping energy...Graduated to 550 set of iron w. pr. of 100 #-ers. Nothing like the burn of the pumped up muscle fibers, esp. the legs, glutes and quads.
Why I Love It:
Love being admired by both sexes and feeling and being really incredibly fit at three score plus years now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep lookin' on line for motivating bodybuilder pics and progess.
BB Accomplishments:
Just feelin' good about self... Personal progress alone...
Max up to 215-220,bulking up, pre-contest. Continue to sculpt to a bodybuilding standard of greater definition and proportions.
Goal (Long):
Now at 32 waist and planning to go down another inch to 31.
Wearing 33-34's with space to spare; lovin' my new slimmer look. Will do my best to get near 30 waist prior to contest for all natural senior/master's bbg contest within next 12 mos.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 7 lb
