WELL I GOT STARTED OUT WITH A SET OF 5LB DUMBBELLS THAT MY MOM BOUGHT AT A YARD SALE.( NO JOKE ) I WAS ONLY ABOUT THIRTEEN AT THE TIME. FROM THERE IT TOOK OFF AND I GOT SOME MORE WEIGHT AND JUST KEPT GOING. IT WASNT UNTIL AFTER HIGH SCHOOL THOUGH THAT I REALLY DEDICATED MYSELF.
Why I Love It:
WORKING OUT ERASES A BAD DAY LIKE ITS MAGIC. I LOVE TO SEE THE CHANGES OCCUR IN MY APPEARANCE AS WELL AS MY POWER. IT IS MY THERAPY.
How I Stay Motivated:
I STAY MOTIVATED IN A LOT OF WAYS. ALWAYS KNOW THAT SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE IS WORKING HARDER THAN YOU, THIS REALLY HELPS ON THOSE LAZY DAYS WHEN YOU JUST AREN'T FEELING IT. ALSO LISTEN TO SOME WORKOUT MUSIC BEFORE YOU GO TO THE GYM, THIS WAY IT BUILDS UP INSIDE YOU AND WHEN YOU GET TO THE GYM YOU ARE READY TO DO SOME DAMAGE.
BB Accomplishments:
THROUGH THE SPORT I HAVE MADE GAINS IN SIZE AND STRENGTH AS WE ALL DO BUT MENTALLY IS WHERE I HAVE EXCELLED, I SHALL NEVER BE BROKEN. EVER

AS of 8-24-07: get my abs so ripped they no longer look real, get a nice sweep on my legs within 2-3 months, develop my medial delts, add thickness to my chest, and increase my vascularity
