Boredom and the fact within a year 3 new gyms opened up in my area got me going to the gym.

After spending a good while working out and perfecting my regimen, I was up to 190 Lbs and beginning to cut a bit.
I was happy at this weight, however, I was a bit bulky and slow.
Decided to take a couple months off for work, but its time to get back in shape again...
Taken right after 2 solid months of not working out.
Was 187 Lbs and was weak.
Time to chock my system into gaining as much muscle mass as possible while burning fat.
Want to reach my goal of 200 Lbs of lean muscle while maintaining flexibility and speed.
Goal (Long):
Currently at about 15% body fat and would like to get down to about 10% to get all the cuts of a track runner in.
Having trouble bringing my forearms and calves up to speed but work them out after each workout to maximize their gains.
