always a skinny guy. friend had taken me to a gym at a local college and i got hooked

Feeling It come back to me already

Week one and already getting my size back. i had lost way to much muscle when i got injured and am now back in full force! Very motivated when i see all the updated profile pix on here from everyone, Thanks guys and gals lets get to the top together~!~

Well im back on track for the las vegas classic after my shoulder injury. Its going to take a lot of dedication and effort on my part to get back what i lost and perfect it all in a years time.

This sunday 11/18 i will finally be able to go back to the gym. i had hurt my left shoulder 2mo ago and was advised to let it heal and lift lightly. well i got the go ahaid to take it easy and build it back up again!!! i gained from 10%bodyfat to 14-16%. and lost a whole lot of mass. anyone got good word's of advise?

ISSA-Jordan Hey man, if you are thinking of doing the Tough Mudder I would definitely make sure you can run at least 13 miles straight at a constant speed. The physical part shouldn't be a problem for you. I ride about 20 miles a day on my road bike and run a few times a week about 12 miles. If you can do all that and do some HIT training in the gym your set! Pushups, Pullups, and Dips are great for that. I am doing the Tough Mudder in December so I will let you know how it goes Nov 15, 2011 9:16pm

TheMan_005 Yeah I hear ya. I've been a trainer for a while, I hired a coach/trainer this year to help with my contest prep. Made a huge difference in my training. He's actualy doing my off season work to get me ready for next year. Sep 16, 2009 5:45pm
