Can't see it too well in this pic but my quads & calves have gotten huge! I have a horsehoe for a quad muscle. I'm looking to hit 600 lbs squat ASAP! I'm doing 270 lbs. with one leg.

Seeing more definition. I want to see me after a month of doing my two-a-days. Jogging in the morning as it gets warmer. (The only cardio that I like.) & lifting a night. Holla!

B/c at Atlanta, has suddenly turned into Seattle over the month or so I've had to do cardio for 20-30 mins after my workouts. Which is cool b/c you burn more calories that way & retain more lean muscle mass.
