45 rest in between execerises, 60 secs rest in-between rounds. Do 3-4 Rounds.

I eat either tilapia or chicken, brown rice or sweet potatoes, & broccoli for each of my 6-8 meals. Sometimes a protein shake after workout sessions.

Restless nights

I’m still not used to this fast metabolism thing. I keep waking up @ 2 in morning stomach roaring, no matter how tired/and/or exhausted I was or no matter how large my last meal was. Maybe I’m taking my last set of fat burner too late. So I wait until 4:30 for one of my gyms to open while watching that damn Ronnie Coleman video again. (yeah Buddy!!!)

  Do it while your muscles are warm. I prefer to do it in between sets. It’s a part of my game that was woefully inadequate!
