Overall Goal: Still in bulking phase. Heavy supersets & circuits are a lot more fun. The 15 lbs of muscle came came quick! I wonder if I can pack on another 15 clean lbs???? Also, going to get certified as a personal trainer b4 the end of the year.

Goal (Long):
As it gets colder I'm going to lift heavier & get stronger w/o going up in bf. Going to put on more mass & about ten lbs of muscle then do a ouple of shows in '10 & get that pro card.
Thx so much! Good gawd man what are you doing? And are you writing it down for me? Just chose my first after baby show in May. I will have to stay so disciplined it's crazy to get contest ready in 2 months.

Its going really well! Im training in the gym every other day for the last almost 4 weeks now, feeling good and seeing a lil difference in my legs, woohoo! :o)

I'm about to see if I can get the old me to come back and get back to consistent, reliable training before I commit to something. What time are you training in the mornings these days anyway? And is that in marietta or at home?

LOL, I sincerely hope you mean incline dumbbell bench presses because if you were doing raises with 115 dumbbells, you're on that crazy bertil fox madness.
At any rate, I thought the same thing this past monday when I was being lazy as hell. I would ask if you were still in marietta or had gone back to roswell, but in all honesty I've been unreliable as hell recently.
