i saw you're workout plan for definition and shape. I was wondering if you only do 1 set of each exercise, for ex:
Bench press/Incline Dumbbell Press 1-6 reps for 1 set
Cable Cross Overs/Barbell Pullovers/Dips 6-12 reps for 1 set
