Monday Tuesday Wednesday Morning Swimming HIIT 5miles Afternoon Leg w.out core abs Thursday Friday Saturday Morning PlyometricsP90X 6miles Spinning Afternoon Arms&back core abs and Sunday Yoga. guest i saw you're workout plan for definition and shape. I was wondering if you only do 1 set of each exercise, for ex: Bench press/Incline Dumbbell Press 1-6 reps for 1 set Cable Cross Overs/Barbell Pullovers/Dips 6-12 reps for 1 set ? Nov 18, 2008 5:36pm
