How I Started:
Always wanted to lift weights, ever since I was a kid. Lifting was the one thing that I always liked to do...unlike dieting :)
Why I Love It:
Just like the feel when you are done with a workout. The feeling of satisfaction when you make your goals. plus I think it is a great stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
This has been a trouble spot for me. Consistency has been the problem. However, I have noticed that if I have something to train for I seem to stay on track more.
