I was a wrestler and football player but once those were done I just stopped working out. I progressed in to some serious health issues ,over sometime and ended up being hospitalized a few times for long periods of time. After I left the hospital I stayed fat for months then I noticed how overweight i was and a friend and I made a bet for the first of the year and it just took of from there. I Got into a gym had someone give me new workouts every two weeks for losing wieght then I got involved with a great nutritionist and it just took off. Im winning the bet by 25lbs right now. Im beginning my loading phase then I'll go back to a cutting cycle and repeat
Why I Love It:
It has helped my overall well being and a great sense of accomplishment once I finished my workouts. Plus my overall engergy and health improvements
How I Stay Motivated:
The bet is a great motivator, also changing the workouts every two weeks is something cool to look forward to and its giving me my life back. I was overwieght and a heavy drinker and on my death bed ...now im 40 lbs lighter a year sober and happier than ever.
BB Accomplishments:
40lbs lost, down from 27% bodyfat to 15%
Ran my first daulathalon nov 3 2007 3.5 run 18.6 bike ride 1.5 run, 1 hour 58 min 36 secs

Thanks! Diet is getting back on track..I haven't been too bad. I have just been eating to the point where I am only maintaining my weight loss. So now it is time to step it up again!
