When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I have been a yoyo dieter for 15 years. Time to get serious. Got Oxygen mag about 1 1/2 ago and was blown away by the gorgeous women. My entire outlook on working out and eating changed. I have grown inside, shrunk outside, and continue to make progress on my transformation. The biggest and hardest thing for me to change was my diet (and still is). It is challenging to remain consistent, but I get better and better at it as I work harder and set new goals. I need to remember that this is a constant process that never stops and results take time, hard work, and dedication.
Why I Love It:
It feels good and I continually look better. The way my hubby looks at me. ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself in the mirror and the transformations here on BB.com.
Looking at, reading and poring over issues of Oxygen magazine.
Taken one year before I really got started.
can we say dumpy butt?
this is SO depressing, but I'm starting over again and this stupid bikini is too small....(that's the point right?right!) so in three months I will be rockin this thing!!!!!
Lean, lean, lean, lean lean!!! Obviously, trying to lean out lol. Proud member of the DO THE WORK CREW!
Goal (Long):
My goal is to no longer be the sedentary girl who would rather stay inside reading than go out and do something active. I want to be happy and healthy both mentally AND physically and I want to be smokin hot for my husband!I want to wear a bikini proudly, not "what the HELL am I doin in public in a bikini?!!"
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
It has only helped!! I am so lucky to have the help, encouragement, and LOVE of my great husband (mrinky). We spur each other on to greater achievements.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
I am doing well with my new schedule and diet. Food is on time and only from the meal plan. Surprisingly it does not bother me to eat the same thing everday and the thought of a few more days of the same doesn't bother me either. I am enjoying it. :) Cardio is being accomplished first thing in...
You have had your share of setbacks this past month. How is this week going? Armed and determined? The progress that I'm interested in is strength increases and assume that muscle mass increases are correlated with that. I have seen only a little of both. We keep trying.
good u most certainly have no reason to. u got a great shape u workin off of. u've seen what u can look like in that red dress ;). use that as a motivation when u feelin slow about it.
L, what a great avi... You CAN do it.
Consistancy is the key. Training, Diet & Cardio. Stick with those & you WILL achieve your fitness goals. Go for it
Haha Nevermind I actually CHECKED your site and saw your newest pics >.< I am such a loon at times =P And YES! You will be rocking that bikini in NO TIME!
Do you have any new photos? And don't worry about a down month...the flu has been flying around like nobody's business! Just put it in the past and move forward girl! I'm cheering you on =D
Aww thanks for the comment ^^ I have been working so hard at P90X I know I still have some work to do but I have come a long way...Anyway, How are you? Been forever since we've talked!
