So six weeks on and here's the progress:

 Before (left) & After (right)
Well, unsurprisingly, there's been very little change yet. However, my trousers feel a lot looser and I feel overall a lot better about myself. As long as I stick to my routine and nutrition, March's photos...

Hey man, how are your workouts coming along? March has been busy for me work wise as I haven't been able to hit the gym as much as I should. Anyway, I thought I would drop you a line to say what's up!!! - Behr

I wanted to wish you much success in your body transformation. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and believe in your own inner strength. Feel free to give me a yell if you think I can be of assistance

Good luck with your goal! Train hard and eat right, and with the right mind set, you can't fail!
