this is me down to 175 from about 190 while taking lipo 6x and running three times weekly and lifting every other day. along with mandatory navy pt.

this is me starting to bulk because I had to stop taking lipo 6x and I was on leave and my diet went to sxxxs. but we will see where bulking with proper diet and new supplements take me

this is me after two weeks of bulking and eating maybe 6-7 times a day. not too much cardio you can tell. progress is slow but I will keep going.

three weeks of bulking without any time to really workout ... but I did have a chance to start training clients I have two so far. The navy prt took up most of my time cause I had to help facilitate it.
