I try everything to try and build my lower. but what seems to happen is my thighs gets bigger not my calves what exercise should i do so that i can develop killer calves. any suggestions let me know asap.
Im doing awesome!! I hear you on the possible over training thing...i've definatly had my own moments where i'm wondering...but i'm sooo damn motivated right now and my body is totally cooperating...so i'm just gonna keep on pushing it!!
Ha ha, you got a trainer now? You're a trainer though. You know, I've always wondered how trainers can convince people to get trainers if they don't have a trainer themselves.
Its blows me away when so many of them don't get this simple premise that is similar to a dentist needing a dentist of his own. LOL, good to see you're doing well.
