I started when i was 17 in an attempt to gain weight for competitive sport. As my sports changed as i grew older, my programmes did too. I'm now back working hard and playing even harder!

Ok... Go to "Supersite", pick a catagorie to the left. Either Fatloss or Muscle Building etc... I chose Fat Loss. It's pretty neat. It gives you a workout and diet! You put in all your own stats. You can chose how many meals per day you would like, etc.. I'm on my 2nd day. So far so good. I like it. Check it out. ;)
I enjoy English humor - I've been across the pond a few times :) I do have what I do on youtube under pixiedust3727 - there are progressional videos as well as tutorials. I posted the first one to help other people - it's called 'breakup, makeover' and if you click 'see all' they are in reverse order starting with that one. After that it took on a life of it's own, lol.
