How I Started:
My roommate in college was a kickboxer and I started working out with him to try to keep up with him when sparring.
Why I Love It:
I like the challenge. It forces me to push myself and creates order in my life.

Constantly wanting to get to that next level.

I hit 180 lbs about a month ago. As a freshman in college I weighed in at about 130 lbs.
