Background
I started body building around 2003/2004 when I realized that I was way underweight. When I joined the Air Force in 2000, I was about 138 lbs and 5'11. I could run my butt off. My cardio was great, but I wanted to get bigger. I tried to get big naturally just eating and nothing was working. I presume it was due to my being so active. So around 2005/2006, I stopped running so much and started eating more. About 2009/2010 I started to gain fat. Well, I started to take muscle building supplements and go bigger. Here it is Jan 2012 and I'm 190. Now it's time to lean out and get cut. Yes it probably took longer than normal, but keep in mind, I am also a father, husband, business owner, active duty military, and volunteer.
I love bodybuilding/working out because it gives me a sense of accomplishment. Moreover, I love the after effect. I guess one could consider it like a drug.

I got a few message on facebook from some old high school friends who said that I have been inspiring them to hit the gym and improve their lives.
My inspiration, however, goes beyond physical fitness. I always talk about education and mind and body improvement. There's never a day where I am not improving myself in some way, shape, or form. This new inform
