The best way to motivate yourself is to tape and weigh, blog it and do a gut check when you re-read your progress. That and i am SURE that you can find someone to be your gym spotter and then you will help wach other through! Good luck and God Speed brother. Hooah (In the end, your are lookin pretty crackalakin; just the way you are!)
