Yup, you got to do them first. There's no way if you wait till later in the workout you're going to do them with the same intensity. Glad you're getting results.

What times do you generally work out? In your long goals it says you're lookin for a lifting partner, I am as well. I work thrid shift and go to school full time, so my window for going to the gym is very limited. (Also atm Im having health issues that Im going to the doctor for =(, so I dont work out at all.)
