Began in school training for athletics. During which time I participated in football, and baseball, and powerlifting.
Why I Love It:
Having a great body has always appealed to my personal vanity. I take alot of pride in how I look with or without cloths on! Nothing feels better than when my wife gives me that "i want you NOW" look when I take my shirt off!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly...by constantly looking at myself in mirrors. I can tell if I've gained or lost literally anything because I'm very critical of myself, and that's what drives me to the gym.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Hernia...out for 8 weeks! That one hurt! But since...I've just focused on form in all lifts, and super-strength in my lower abs!!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form hands down...
Followed by trying to push too much weight!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10...it's a good round number!?!

I've lately been going heavier with fewer reps (6-8) for more strength and size though.
