Began in school training for athletics. During which time I participated in football, and baseball, and powerlifting.
Why I Love It:
Having a great body has always appealed to my personal vanity. I take alot of pride in how I look with or without cloths on! Nothing feels better than when my wife gives me that "i want you NOW" look when I take my shirt off!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly...by constantly looking at myself in mirrors. I can tell if I've gained or lost literally anything because I'm very critical of myself, and that's what drives me to the gym.
ADD 10-15 MORE LBS SOLID MASS IN NEXT COUPLE MONTHS. THEN CUT IT UP!!
Goal (Long):
IMPROVE DAILY! SETBACKS ARE NOT AN OPTION!! NEED TO SET A GOAL AND KNOCK IT OUT!
DOING SOME MMA WORK (MAINLY FOR CARDIO)
HITTING WEIGHTS HARD!!
WORKING ON BODYFAT PERCENTAGES STAYING LOW!

well its going ok, sadly ive had to put it on hold i went through a lot of medical issues, now im just starting up again. so far so good! i need to get my routine down and try and find a diet for me so far im eating whatever but watching it. what about u?
hows mma going? I am doing ok man 5 days in the gym with weights and cardio two off. its a struggle sometimes but i love it. seeing some serious change I think . check out my pics I would love your comments . how am I doing? how are you ?
