Bulk diet right now. I dont eat fast food, drink soda, or sugar fill foods. ALL my carbs come from whole grains, mostly oatmeal. Protein comes from skinless chicken breast or fish.

hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to and cant seem to get my lower tummy flat despite still not growing size wise im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.
