Always been involved in working out. Over the past few years I've really become inactive and just packed on the pounds. Rededicated myself to being fit. I've been walking 10 miles a day for the last 3 weeks.

It's been a couple of weeks since I've been in the gym.  I developed bone spurs and have some issues with my quadiceps tendon in my knees.  Hopefully when I see the doc tomorrow we can come up with something to alleviate the pain (other than surgery). I haven't been able to do any form...
