Torn Rotator Cuff...

Well, as Ron Simmons would say from the WWE... "DAMN!!!!" Yeah, I've torn my rotator cuff... And part of my trap and my rhomboid... The good news is.. I don't need surgery... The bad news is... I can't use my right arm for at least another week... (For those of you that have been following... Not using my arm is a bad thing...) However... On a brighter note... I can still hit my legs... After all the pain killers wear off... *L*
