That's cool, Chris! How's this contest prep going compared to your fist one? I'm still hammering away at my 5X5 training with solid strength gains. I am starting Week 9 of 12 so the weights are really starting to get interesting now. -Jeff

Are you talking about the Fitness America thing? I'm new to this so i don't know what that acronym you wrote was.lol. I emailed them and he reccomended doing just the ms.bikini but i thought the figure looked like way more fun, maybe he doesn't think I'm ready for that! :)
