Was tired of looking like a nobody, tired of looking in the mirror, tired of my skinny body.
Why I Love It:
I love putting in the 60-90 mins in the gym. I love feeling and being in great shape. I love the pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
Images of people who are better than me, the mirror, and my drive to constantly improve.

Most Recent 196lbs and feeling leaner
This is me first starting out, decent shape but i want a little more. About 165lbs, want to gain about 10-15 lbs of pure muscle and lose some body fat. I started running again 3-4 miles a day 5 times a week and have started working out a little harder...we'll see how things are soon enough

So its been about 3 weeks since ive adopted my new routine and its working much better.  I can definetaly feel the difference in my body, look, and strength.  Now all i gotta work on is increasing weight but keeping my fat level at same or less.

I am doing good . Having a little trouble making time for the gym but I am sticking with it. holding on to at least 3 days a week and pushing for 5 as often as I can and making every rep count no matter what .I am still leaning down I put up new pics and would love to know what you think. sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. how are you?
