OK, so all this week, my new workout partner and I have been hitting the ol' weights with an undeniable force. We are doing sets down to at least 5 with a bare minimum of 3. It has been truly a great feeling, one that sometimes I feel like why didn't I go more heavy on my regular...

Haha, no worries, just glad to hear from you! Eh, I don't really pay attention to the pics - I'm just here for my friends. :) I'm doing well, getting my fitness levels back up pre-summer... too many weddings and trips this year! :)
Thanks Ed, I've got a powertec leverage gym with some awesome TKO rubber coated weigts. I have been mixing it up and was at one time hammering 10x10 including warm up sets. I'm hitting about 5-8 sets including warm ups and pyramiding the weight. Have been ramping up the weight each month and making some ground.

Hey Ed, sorry to hear about your back. You'll just have to cut back on those 1000lb deadlifts ;) MI can't make up its mind if it's spring or still winter. My 5X5 training is going very well with impressive strength gains while still leaning out. -Jeff
