OK, so all this week, my new workout partner and I have been hitting the ol' weights with an undeniable force. We are doing sets down to at least 5 with a bare minimum of 3. It has been truly a great feeling, one that sometimes I feel like why didn't I go more heavy on my regular...
Hey nice hearing from you .. sorry to hear about the back trouble.. :( take care of it then get back at it.. Thanks for the compliment.. I'm doing P90X now and hoping to kick some serious butt with it..
Hey Ed, sorry to hear about your back. You'll just have to cut back on those 1000lb deadlifts ;) MI can't make up its mind if it's spring or still winter. My 5X5 training is going very well with impressive strength gains while still leaning out. -Jeff

There is a grocery store near my house that has nut butter machines (machines that grind up the nuts and make fresh butters). Whole Foods has them as well. Fresh nut butters are delicious!
why the hell are you refusing steroids or surgery? i wanna get better...i wanna do everything but surgery first..right now its steroids and physical therapy.....i hate laying off deads, squats, bench, military presses, etc...so im doing a lot of cable work...and gonna do biking and elliptical to keep my legs right..im in midst of training for a contest and dont know what my next move is.
Hi friend! Well, obviously I would like to look a little better, but I don't have a show or anything so I don't think I'm too apprehensive about my looks... gym time has been pretty consistent... I think I'm attributing it to the supps since I was on ECA a long time ago and the same sort of feelings came back... pure rage that I could feel my face turn red lol. We'll see, though... thanks for looking out for me :)
Thanks,we actually practice pressing and carrying our bikes like that, for crossing areas in which you cann't ride.I'm actually pretty proud of it,my trail bike weights about 28lbs doesn't seam like much till you have to carry it a mile up river.
