SuzMax My goal? Too look hot in Mexico at the end of September! ;) Okay...and to put on some more muscle so probably doing high reps isn't the BEST way to do that, but I needed a change in my routine & I liked the looks of this program. It seemed TOUGH & I really wanted to push myself. Plus I needed something that I could work around my sucky shoulder right now where I still felt like I was working hard. Jul 11, 2011 7:44am
